Bio: Jasneet is a Canadian sprinter who specializes in the 400m. A member of Canada’s relay pool at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, she competed in the mixed 4 × 400m relay at the 2025 World Athletics Championships in Tokyo. Jasneet helped Canada qualify for the World Championships at the 2025 World Relays and earned bronze in the women’s 4 × 400m relay at the 2026 edition. A former Washington State University, Jasneet now competes for the Royal City AC in Guelph, Ontario.
Outside of track, Jasneet has a passion for health, fitness, and helping others. She holds a master’s degree in Kinesiology and a Graduate Certificate in Health Communication from Washington State University. Her education and personal experiences have led her to pursue opportunities in coaching, personal training, and rehabilitation, where she enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities. She currently work in a sports performance and rehabilitation clinic, where she enjoys combining her education and experiences as an athlete to help others. Giving back to the community is also important to her. She recently hosted a track clinic in her home province of British Columbia to connect with young athletes, share what she has learned, and give back to the community that supported her growing up. She hopes to continue hosting clinics and creating opportunities to support and inspire the next generation of athletes.
Family has always been a big part of Jasneet’s life. Growing up, she watched her parents work incredibly hard to provide her and her siblings with opportunities they never had. Their sacrifices have shaped who she is today and taught her the importance of hard work, gratitude, and giving back.
