Bio: Zoe is a Canadian Olympian and one of the country’s most accomplished and consistent 400m sprinters. At the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, she represented Canada in both the individual 400m and the women’s 4 × 400m relay, helping the relay team finish 6th in the Olympic final. Zoe has repeatedly delivered on the international stage, contributing to consecutive 4th place relay finishes at the 2022 and 2023 World Championships and representing Canada again in both the 400m and relay at the 2025 World Championships. In 2026, she reached the 400m final at the World Indoor Championships, placing 8th.

Domestically, Zoe captured the 2024 Canadian 400m championship in 51.25 seconds and has remained a consistent national contender. Her résumé also includes 12 USPORTS titles during her decorated career at the University of Guelph. With a personal best of 50.79 seconds, Zoe’s sustained success across Olympic, World, and national competition has established her as a dependable championship performer and a cornerstone of Canadian sprinting.

Zoe attended the University of Guelph, where she completed a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences, specializing in Economics and Geography. She continued her studies at the University of Guelph’s Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics, earning an MSc in Sport Management.

Zoe currently works as Manager, Data & Insights at the International Institute for Sport Business and Leadership, while balancing her professional career with her training schedule. Outside of work and training, she volunteers weekly with the local Start2Finish Running & Reading Club, supporting elementary school students through a program that combines physical activity, literacy, and mentorship. In her free time, Zoe loves being outdoors and enjoys skiing, hiking, cycling, and exploring new places.
